Similac® Mom's $135K Payday

Similac® Mom's $135K Payday

Once a year Moms feel appreciated on Mother's Day. If it was up to me, a Mom, I would have it once a week, but, no one asked. Whether your kids chose to make you a card, a macaroni necklace or even bring you breakfast in bed, for a brief fleeting moment we
feel like our families really DO understand what it takes to be a
Mom. If you're lucky this indulgence lasts until maybe 11am.

Fortunately the folks at Similac understand this and have created the Similac Mom's PayDay. Bottomline, the Mom with the best picture and 'quippy' caption can win a year's salary ... which, by the way other Moms out there, is estimated to be $135k.

Kudos to the folks at Similac for not overthinking this one. We work hard. We deserve a reward. Nuf said!!

Aqua 2 Go is hot, even Ellen loves it

Start with a simple problem every Mom faces ... kids love juice boxes ... then add the fact that juice and its inevitable sugar is a much less preferred option to water ... and what do you get? An inspiring story of a Mom in New Orleans (who yes, by the way, lost and has rebuilt her business in the city) who asked herself ... why can't you get water in a juice box?

Fast forward six months and Aqua 2 Go is a great new product growing in regional distribution until last week when Ellen Degeneres thought she'd tell the world about it. She did a commercial for it which popped up on YouTube.com (it's great, check it out ... what an amazing gift to a Mompreneur!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nBQnTvBXxQ8).
LESSON TO BE LEARNED: Nothing is too simple to reinvent!!

Similac Organic fills an unmet need as the first organic infant formula from a national brand that moms and pediatricians know and trust."Demand for organic products is rising dramatically, and families increasingly are choosing wholesome, organic options as part of a healthy lifestyle.
